Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable for any contract awarded to Navsya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for implementing it products and services

• Content owned/shared by the clients will have to be provided in a soft-copy / word format.
• Images resizing / modification / sound and video editing will have to be outsourced to a third party vendor. Navsya Technologies does not take responsibility of the same.
• Type-writing charges will apply in case the content has to be converted from hard copy to soft copy. Also copywriting charges will be applied in case the content needs to be converted from any language or to be written afresh.
• Client shall allow Navsya Technologies Pvt. Ltd.consultants to work during off-office hours and on holidays.
• Upon receiving the work / purchase order, the project would begin within 15 working days
• AMC covers fixing of all bugs with respect to the scope of work defined in approved SRS document; any extra effort required towards change or new development (not covered under SRS) requiring beyond 4 man hours of efforts will be charged separately on basis of Rs. 1800 per man day (man day = 8 man hours).
• Project infrastructure should be ready before starting the Project.
• Any modification to code/module written during the project by a third party is strictly prohibited unless if suggested to do so. In case of a breach, the project will be terminated and Navsya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to complete the project or refund any amount. The code/module written by Navsya must not be in any circumstance be distributed or shared without prior approval in writing.
• Time Lines of the Project should be adhered to by Client Users for timely completion of the Project.
• This proposal is in accordance to the Terms mentioned on Navsya.com website
• TDS shall be deducted as applicable and all other applicable taxes at the time of billing
• All taxes applicable would be extra at actual
• Force Majeure and time delays: Navsya Technologies shall not be liable for any non-performance of this assignment provided such non-performance is occasioned by fire, flood, power failure / UPS breakdown, riots, lockouts, civil disobedience, act of god like floods, cyclone, fire etc. and equipment failure/breakdown. (Unless arising out of improper / erroneous handling of equipment / software by our personnel)
• All Out of Travelling and Pocket expenses to be borne by Client or such facilities to be arranged by Client (This includes To and fro, lodging & boarding charges of our consultants for all project-related travel to any place outside Mumbai)
• This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
